Our digital combination keypad on our store safe broke. One call to Expert Lock and Safe, and Simon was on premise within an hour, opened safe in half an hour, and replaced digital keypad within the hour. Simon explained in detail what he needed to do, and was very kind and patient with my needs. He did this during late hours of operation, past 8pm. I am thankful for his quick and expert services.

We lost our safe key over a year ago. A locksmith had come previously and said we would need to pay a contractor to remove the safe from the wall and destroy it- it would not be repairable. We called Simon about a year later and he came out to our house the same day. He spent about an hour was able to get into the safe destroying only the lock of which he will found a replacement. All items in the safe were not damaged during the event. He was neat, efficient and extremely professional and we felt very reasonable with his rate.
